Ford is recalling 2016-2017 Focus RS hatchbacks with potentially faulty head gaskets. The automaker claims they will be replaced free of charge. While the fix is estimated to take less than two days for each vehicle, Ford is offering to pay the cost of a rental vehicle for up to four days if needed. The affected vehicles may emit noticeable white smoke from the exhaust or show low coolant levels with no sign of external leaks due to the failing head gaskets.
