The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Friday it was rejecting a petition by Ford to delay recall of about 3 million cars with potentially defective Takata airbag inflators. It’s at least the third filed this year by black workers who say they were addressed using racial slurs and that the company ignored their complaints.
