    Recalled vehicles are increasingly landing on dealers, but automakers aren't required to compensate them for lost revenue and extra expenses. Dealers are counting on state lawmakers to change that.     Ford Motor Co. lost an employee identified in local reports as Ivan Bridgewater, 41, worked as an electrician at plants. The Occupational safety and Health Departament has launched an investigation to determine the cause of his death.  Sgt.     The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Friday it was rejecting a petition by Ford to delay recall of about 3 million cars with potentially defective Takata airbag inflators.
