Fifteen automakers and tire maker Bridgestone Corp. constituted the automotive category on the World’s Largest Advertisers list. Seven of those automakers made the top 25, Advertising Age. A train carrying BMW's X-badged SUVs and crossovers from BMW's manufacturing plant in the American state of South Carolina has derailed damaging 120 vehicles. These vehicles were on their way to the Port of Charleston, S.C., for export to overseas markets. BMW said damaged models include the BMW X3, X4, X5 and X6 but did not specify how many of each model was damaged. U.S. car sales rose more than we were expecting it will be in November, we had an increase of 3.7% of the industry sales, it shattered a record for the month that was set in November 2001. Auto sales rose at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 17.87 million. Economists had estimated that sales rose at a 17.7 million rate.
