The California Air Resources Board (CARB) ordered Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen to recall and repair “illegal” emissions software in more than 15,000 vehicles with 3.0-liter diesel from model years 2009 – 2015 that were sold in California.The automakers have 45 business days from November 25 to put together a recall plan and deliver it to CARB.
