December promises to be the strongest month in auto sales. It is expected to set an annual record with 17.5 million sales in 2015, according to a monthly sales forecast developed jointly by J.D. General Motors plans to invest $1 billion in three Michigan plants by 2030 as part of a new deal between the automaker and the Michigan Economic Growth Authority tax credit program.GM said it would be putting $356 million in operations in Flint, Saginaw and Grand Rapids, creating more than 50 jobs and helping to retain nearly 500 jobs in the state.The new investments according to GM will be:- $263 million for a future engine program at Flint Engine Operations. According to the NHTSA, the recall will only affect 2013-2015 Hyundai Genesis coupes with a manual transmission. The recall is expected to begin on January 11, 2016. “In the affected vehicles, if the differential and the suspension rear crossmember were not properly aligned during vehicle assembly, the bolts that secure the differential may loosen,” the NHTSA said.
