The latest survey involved 174 participants who visited 308 car dealerships and stores that represented 13 different automakers in 10 ZEV states.     Sales of GM’s mainstream vehicle brand, Chevrolet, decreased in the United States and Canada in July 2016. In the U.S., Chevrolet sales decreased 5.28 percent to 178,820 units. There were 26 selling days in July 2016 and 25 selling days in July 2015.  July 2016 retail sales were up 3 percent, or 4,463 units, year-over-year to 154,305 units, representing 86.3 percent of total Chevy sales for July 201 month.
