China's Zhejiang Geely Holding Group has delayed Lynk & CO's sales launch in Europe and the United States because it needs more time to establish a company-owned dealership network. Alain Visser, Lynk & CO's senior vice president of marketing and sales, said that they will start in Europe between the first quarter and the first half of 2019 and enter the U.S. some months later. It’s been a while since the last time we’ve told you about a car recall, right? Well it seems like it was everything fine until now when Subaru decided to recall its 2018 Impreza, because of a software issue. He says the sport utility vehicles will not stop here, and the sales of them will rise in the United States. The country’s second largest automaker has unveiled its refreshed version of Ford Explorer SUV not so long ago, and it increased the carmaker’ sales to nearly 40%. Low fuel prices and improving fuel efficiency among SUVs have helped prod more Americans into buying SUVs and pickup trucks in recent ...

The retreat in the auto sector reported Monday mirrors lackluster broader consumer spending data released Friday. Both readings fly in the face of the two most-followed gauges of consumer sentiment, now at 17- and 11-year highs. It also contrasts with an index of optimism among small businesses -local car deal...
