When it says: Seller arranges shipping, Do the pay for it ?
On the car detail page in the "Shipping Method" section it is indicated that either the seller arranges the shipment or the buyer. If the seller chooses that he will arrange the transportation, he is not obligated to pay for the car delivery, but he can help the buyer to make arrangements with a transportation company. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and the U-Ship tool will help you to determine it. Shipping calculator can be found on the same page under the main Photo.
how can i change my password?
All the changes related to your profile information (name, phone,password, address, email, etc.) can be performed in the tab “Personal Informationâ€. You can find it on the top left side of your account. Press “Edit my Profile†and submit the necessary changes.
Unable to register because I do not know what a sales permit file is
Repokar does not require a Sale Permit File during the registration, you need to upload it only if you have the intention of selling cars. It is a government issued document which allows a business to sell cars. Uploading Sale Permit File or papers that confirm that you are really entitled to sell the auto is necessary for safety reasons. It also helps to increase the buyer's trust and thus the rate of your online sales becomes much higher.
HOW AM I TO KNOW THAT THE SELLER IS LEGIT AND THAT THE AUCTION ISN'T A SCAM?
Repokar requires the permission of selling cars from businesses such as Dealerships, Banks, Insurance Agencies, Governments, Financial and other agencies except simple owners. Each car which is posted is verified carefully by the administration of the site.
HOW DO YOU REQUEST AND PAY FOR THE VEHICLE INSPECTION?
We encourage you to bid on the car you like, this is easy and safe, and make sure to order a Post-Sale Inspection this will ensure that you buy a quality car. You can select this option after the bid is done. The Post-sale Inspection shows the buyer if the car is in true condition as the seller has disclosed. If the results of Inspection will show damages more than $250.00 the buyer will be granted with the right to cancel the transaction and not to reimburse the Seller the cost of the Post Sale Inspection
